AI ANALYST AND BULK EXPORT OF CALL TRANSCRIPTS

Hi All,

I’ve been a Salesmate user for well over a year, and I absolutely love it. I just had a new feature idea where I thought it would be nice if I could export all of my cool transcripts and input them into an AI model like Claude so that he can analyse and give me feedback on my calls, as well as be able to write sales scripts from my calls. This would be so helpful since I’m looking at hiring soon and trying to train up staff and review all of the past transcripts to get the exact steps. Can be a bit tedious

I was then thinking a little bit more, and I can imagine this being a very cool feature in Salesmate, where an AI model like Claude can have access to cool recordings, transcripts, notes, and everything. It can build insights to guide you on the best-performing calls, create scripts for new staff, and give new staff the ability to ask it questions about the process, which it can answer on my behalf.

I think it would be amazing if this could be implemented. What do you think?

Thank you for sharing this detailed feature idea. Currently, Salesmate does not have a bulk export option for call transcripts, but I definitely agree that this would be a valuable feature, especially for analyzing past calls and training new team members. I’ll share this feedback with our product team for consideration.

In the meantime, if you’d like to work with an AI model such as Claude, you can connect Salesmate with Claude using our Salesmate MCP. This can allow Claude to work with your Salesmate data and help you build AI-powered workflows and insights.
