Hey Salesmate team,
Sequences are our go-to for both email and SMS. Could you add built-in A/B testing so we can split-test different copy, timing, or channel—compare email vs. text, subject lines vs. hook texts—and automatically roll out the winner? It’d cut out all the manual work and help us find what really clicks.

Hi @Insynco_Support1,
Thanks a ton for your suggestion! You’re absolutely right, split-testing copy, timing, and channels in Sequences would bring powerful insights and major efficiency gains.
Quick heads-up: For email campaigns, we do offer native A/B testing within our Campaigns module perfect for experimenting with subject lines, content variations, and send times.
That said, we love the idea of expanding A/B testing into Sequences especially for comparing email vs. SMS, or even variations within a journey. We’ve marked this as a feature request and shared it with our product team for deeper evaluation.
We’d also love to hear more about what success metrics you’d want to track in these tests, it’ll help us design something truly useful for teams like yours.
Appreciate you helping us shape the future of Salesmate!
Thank you for your response and the encouraging feedback. Ultimately, every element needs to drive lead conversion (or help measure it), so in addition to A/B testing, it would be invaluable to:
- Attribute sequences to deal outcomes
Track how each email or SMS sequence contributes to won or lost deals—right now, we have plenty of activity data, but none of it ties back to deal status or sequence impact.
- Report numbers like SMS reply rates as percentages
Presenting activity data like reply rates as a percentage rather than a raw count will give us a clearer sense of engagement.
- Generate sequence-specific reports
Allow us to create reports for individual sequences and their effectiveness, etc. so we can embed them directly into our dashboard.
Implementing these changes would tremendously improve our ability to optimize for conversion. Looking forward to your thoughts!
