Ability to "Preview" PDF attachments instead seeing only text

Hello,

It would be great if we could “Preview” the first page of the PDF file attachments instead of seeing only text. Sometimes 1 Deal can have 60 PDF files in our field and view them as text and open one by one to find the needed document is so time consuming. Airtable right now allows us to “Preview” and Classify folders for the PDF Files which make project management job way easier. Can we please have the same feature under the salesmate?

Thanks for the suggestion! At the moment, PDF files open in a new tab, and there isn’t a built-in preview option within Salesmate. I’ll share your feedback with our product team, as we understand how helpful it would be to quickly preview and organize PDFs without opening them one by one.
