We have a tele sales team using Salesmate with the Salesmate calling feature. Most call centers have a big monitor on the wall that displays the user call rates and time spent. We would love this kind of feature to be added to Salesmate

You can add the Call Log Widget directly into your dashboard. You’ll be able to see fields like Duration, User Name, and Voice Recording in the call logs report. This way, every time you log in to Salesmate, the Call Logs Report will be automatically displayed for easy access!
For the rates, however, it’s better to view them under the Voice and Text section , as many users prefer not to have the rates displayed directly in the reports.

I understand that and am using it. In call centers you quite often see a display show in graph and text form like who has made the most calls at the top of the list along with all the information in your widget
