It would be highly beneficial for company Owners to have the ability to customize the format of Tags, allowing them to be restricted to a dropdown list or other structured formats, similar to the existing “Select” field options. This would help prevent duplicate or redundant Tags created by users who may not be fully familiar with the standard terminology. For example, one employee might tag a contact as “Pricing Given”, while another might use “Qualified”, even though both essentially mean the same thing. By implementing a predefined list, users would be able to select from standardized options, ensuring consistency, improving data accuracy, and enhancing overall organization.
