The ability to add High Importance flagging for emails in both the web/mobile versions would be ideal.

In the meantime, a helpful workaround is to set up rules in your native email account (like Outlook or Gmail) to mark certain emails as high-priority and move them to a dedicated folder. With Salesmate’s two-way sync, this folder will appear in Salesmate as well, making it easier to spot and manage those important emails.
