The “time taken” information shown against deals is really helpful. This can be viewed when hovering over the current stage. It would make a big difference if this could be made available as a system field in the list view—so we can quickly see this data across all deals without needing to dive into reports. The data is clearly already there, it just needs to be surfaced.

We’ll definitely review this request with our team. While adding a system field for “time taken” in the list view for every deal sounds useful, technically it’s not feasible as a custom field due to the dynamic nature of this data.
That said, we do offer a Deal Stage Duration Analysis report which provides the average time spent across each stage, helping you gain insights at scale.
