I’d love to be able to include files in email templates so I don’t have to manually do it for every use case that the email template is created for. Without this feature, it’s inefficient emailing many contacts and I’m unable to send emails as I’d prefer in my Smart Flow.

Thank you for sharing this with us! We completely understand the need to include file attachments in email templates so you don’t have to manually add them each time, especially when working with Smart Flows. This would certainly help make communication more efficient and seamless.
While this isn’t available right now, we’ll keep it in mind as we evaluate future improvements.
Salesmate does offer Document Management System where in you can upload your documents.
Create hyper links of the document and then use them with your Email templates or Journey Email templates.
