We’ve improved the email attachment experience in Salesmate by giving you more flexibility and quicker access to your important files.
Earlier, you could only attach files by uploading them from your device. Now, you also have the option to reuse files already available in Salesmate.
What’s new:

Attach files already linked to the current record

Access files from associated deals and tickets

Search, preview, and select multiple files at once
-
View key details like file name, size, upload date, and source
This makes it easier to reuse existing documents without downloading or re-uploading them.
