To help capture more leads and begin more sales conversations over Instagram, I would like to integrate Salesmate so that when a someone comments with a trigger word on my instagram post, an automation sends them a response and also sends them a DM.
For example, when someone comments “Summit” on my post, I’d like the automatically post a reply like “Thanks! Check your DMs”, and then send that user an instagram DM like “Hey, thanks for commenting on my video. Since you are interested in my summit, click the link to go register now: [link]”.
This service is offered through an app called Manychat - but it does not work with Salesmate and I would love to have these conversations appearing in my Salesmate unified inbox.
