The issue is that you are only able to enroll a deal to sequence and include all the participants only from within the flow.
If we try to bulk select several deals, the sequence will be initiated only for the primary email. It would greatly increase the convenience and user experience for the bulk enroll to include deals’ primary emails as well as all the participants.
So, the desired result would be to include participants to sequences when selecting like this, on the image:

Each deal will have different participants; thus, identifying them at runtime while performing a bulk operation is tedious.
The alternative is switching to the deal detail view and enrolling the contact from there, which allows you to enroll the deal and its participants from the detail screen and move to the next record to enroll the next one.

Another easier way is to set up a “manual” smart flow to enroll the deal and its participants in a sequence. Once set up and live, you can enroll the deals from the deals list page by using the option “Enroll to flow” and selecting the flow that you have configured.
