Business Hours in Salesmate control how incoming calls are handled in the Unified Inbox based on your team’s working hours.
Whenever a call comes in on a configured phone number, Salesmate first checks whether your business is open or closed. During business hours, calls are routed to available users using your call-handling setup. Outside business hours, calls follow your defined fallback logic, such as playing a recorded message or going to voicemail.
This ensures callers always get an appropriate response, while your team gets predictable and consistent call handling without manual intervention.
