I was informed I cannot have two telephone systems integrated. This is unfortunate as I have RingCentral, and would like to explore using sales mate with ring central, but using salesmates texting since Ring Centrals is not supported. I’d like to keep ring central for reliable high quality phone service, but open and prefer to use salesmate texting, which im told is not possible. This seems like an easy idea for salesmate as it would only help encourage driving more revenue and would make it easier and more customizable for more customers to come on board. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Currently, Salesmate does not support integrating two different telephony systems simultaneously. We understand your need to continue using RingCentral for calls while leveraging Salesmate for texting, but at this time, our system does not support this setup.
