Thank you for sharing these suggestions on organizing email templates. Alphabetical sorting, drag-and-drop ordering. We do allow you create/organize your email templates in a folder; however, the functionality is not extended to sort or drag and drop.
We really appreciate your input, and this will be considered as we explore improvements in future updates.
