A project module would be handy. Projects can be added manually or automatically when a deal is won. It can be used as a post-sales checklist of tasks. Completing these tasks could also trigger automation journeys. At the moment, when I win a client, I print out a PDF with a checklist of onboarding tasks. It would be great to go paperless. Zoho has Zoho ProjectsPipedrive has a Project moduleNoCRM has a post-sale task module. Hopefully, Salesmate can implement projects too.
