It would greatly improve the versatility of the built in Quotes portion if we could have the ability to import a PDF. We are a construction company and use Excel–as many industries do-- to build out our pricing so simply using set priced priced products does not apply to us.
Also, because we are legally obligated to provide a pretty robust set of Terms and Conditions with all proposals–which is more characters than the SalesMate T&C section will hold–this PDF import would keep the desired quote format and better cover us from a legality standpoint.
I really like the potential that the Quotes section has. However with the way it is currently set up, creating visually appealing templates is difficult, building out dynamic pricing with a pricing matrix is not possible and the T&C portion is limited so providing users with the ability to import our currently generated quotes as a PDF and send them through SalesMates tracking abilities would be very helpful!

One quick question: would you prefer having the ability to use dynamic variables/merge fields inside the PDF as well, or is your goal simply to upload a static PDF and send it with tracking features enabled?
Revisiting this and I missed your response. Having a dynamic PDF would be great and I would really enjoy discussing what that would look like, but I think even having the ability to just simply send a PDF that we create outside of SalesMate but still utilize the convenient tracking and follow up features that you have integrated into the Quotes portion could be a huge step up!
I feel that some of the best aspects of SalesMate is its ability to really customize the platform for our specific business use cases. However, limiting these Quotes to the Templates and Products that we create within the platform, is just too limiting for what our– and likely many other users– business needs.
