You can now import Tickets into Salesmate using the New Import Process.
Import Tickets by mapping Subject or Ticket ID
Automatically use default values for Pipeline, Stage, and Priority
Import Tickets even when an unsupported Priority value is provided; it will default to Low
Make sure the Ticket module is enabled to see it on the Import screen.
Start importing your Tickets and make your migration smoother!
