Internal Chat for sales team

Our sales team currently has to “text message” each other when they need to get quick answers from each other. For example … if an SDR is trying to book at call for a Sales Exec … and the prospect asks for a time showing as “not available” on the Sales Execs meeting scheduler … they need to be able to “ping” them quickly to get an answer about an alternative date/time to lock in the meeting.

It would be great to have an “internal chat” feature for Users to be able to communicate in real time.

Yes please, this is really needed, we have to use other platforms like zoho cliq.

If you’re referring to searching through notes — yes, you can use the Global Search feature. Simply enter your keyword in the global search bar, and you’ll be able to view results that include notes along with other related records.
