What’s New
- Two seat types are now available: CRM and AI Employee (Skara)
- If you already have a chat license, you’ll be moved to an AI Employee core seat
- Other users will get a view-only AI Employee seat
- For CRM users, Skara is already active — just add a channel and assign seats
- New users can choose to sign up for either CRM or AI Employee
Shared Access
Modules like Contacts, Companies, and Tickets are available in both platforms, with access depending on your seat.
