You can now manage ticket pipeline automations directly from the Pipeline settings in the Ticket module. Configure default ticket emails, create stage-based automations, and control stage change notifications for each pipeline—all without switching to the Smart Flows module.
How to Use

Go to Setup → Modules → Ticket → Pipeline.

Select the pipeline you want to manage.

Open the Automations tab.

Turn default ticket creation and ticket closure emails on or off for that pipeline.

Click Add Automation to quickly create stage-based Smart Flows for the selected pipeline.

To manage stage notifications, open the Setup tab and enable or disable Notify customers of stage changes for that pipeline.
