📧 Marketing Email Frequency Safeguard

We’re introducing Marketing Email Frequency Safeguard to help you prevent over-emailing and improve engagement with your marketing emails.

With this feature, you’ll be able to set limits on how many marketing emails a contact can receive over a rolling time period. Salesmate will automatically skip recipients who have reached the configured limit, helping reduce email fatigue while protecting your sender reputation.

The safeguard applies to Email Campaigns and Non-Transactional Flow Emails, while transactional and other operational emails continue to be delivered as usual.
