Multiple Ticket Forms

Ticket forms that can be selected from a dropdown list when creating a ticket. e.g. onborarding ticket, termination ticket. etc… Currently these can only be added to the single ticket form that exist

Thank you for your suggestion! Currently, Salesmate allows a single ticket form, but you can leverage Field Visibility Rules to dynamically show or hide fields based on the type of ticket being created.

By setting up Field Visibility Rules, you can customize the ticket form to display relevant fields for different ticket types, such as onboarding, termination, etc., without needing multiple separate forms.
