Need IVR System

It would be great to have an IVR system, allowing callers to navigate through menu options (e.g., “Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Support”). This would help in routing calls efficiently and improving customer experience.

In the meantime, you might find our AI Voice Agents feature useful, as it offers a more advanced way to intelligently route calls to the right department.

Alternatively, you can also set up separate numbers for Sales and Support within Salesmate and assign each to the respective teams for efficient call handling.
