Do you have a timeline for this? I seems like on the mobile app there is still no way of being alerted that another call is coming in
Following up on this. This was a planned release back in March but there are still a lot of problems with the inability to get notified of incoming calls.

We don’t have a confirmed timeline for the Call Waiting feature yet. Our team had to postpone it for a bit as we focused on other ongoing enhancements.
That said, it’s still on our roadmap, and we’ll be sure to share an update once there’s progress.
