Core Seat
Full access to all operations
Paid seat (counted in billing)
Assigned by default when you create a user
View-only Seat
Free seat (not billed)
View reports, dashboards, and campaigns
No create, edit, or delete rights
No access to Setup, imports/exports, Smart Flow edits, or email compose
Limited account settings (General, Security, Notifications, Interface Preferences)
