We recently moved over from another platform, and one feature we found incredibly helpful was the ability to add a note directly to an email in the inbox.
The note was clearly indicated on the email, and when a team member hovered over it, they could quickly see the note without having to open the contact record or search through the notes section.
This was extremely helpful for our team because important information was visible right from the inbox. Currently, having to dig through notes to find relevant information can be time-consuming and makes it easier for important details to be missed.
It would be great to have a similar feature where emails with notes are visually highlighted or have a clear note icon. Ideally, hovering over the icon would display the note immediately.
This would make team communication much faster and help ensure important information doesn’t get overlooked.
