When we run a sales campign and example have 4 auto emails. I want to know the number of emails opned in my second auto email and currently there is not way to know that except going to that paritclar sequence and clicking on emails. The challenge here is if i have 500 emails send and 60% opened the email i cannot cover them in one day, if there is buttoon which show all how opened or if i can apply filter and add them to the list it gets eaiser for me.
I tried the filter option but it does give an accurate result and when i asked the customer support team they said the filters wont give the exact results.
I would highly apprecate if we can add this features at the earliest else the whole point of automation is no good for just sending email.
