Request for dedicated Upload fields

Are you planning to implement something like a dedicated field for each file I need to upload?
For example, I’d like to have triggers when the initial job site inspection form is uploaded, or when the contract is added.
Right now, there’s only one general spot for files.

Thanks for the suggestion! While we currently have a general file section, instead of relying on file uploads, we recommend using Forms to capture specific documents like job site inspection details or contracts.

Using Forms allows you to:

  • Segment data across different layouts
  • Trigger smart workflows based on form submissions and values
  • Set up specific automation points (like when a contract is received or an inspection is completed)

This approach gives you much more flexibility and control than static file uploads. Let us know if you’d like help setting this up!
