Is it possible to retain attachments to the top banner of email thread?
At the moment, attachments in Salesmate are tied to the individual email within the thread, so they won’t appear in a consolidated banner at the top. To access them, you’ll need to open the specific email where the attachment was added.
I understand how having all attachments visible at the top of the thread could make it easier to locate files quickly. I’ll pass this feedback along to our product team for consideration in future updates.
