I recently noticed that the search field for company does not work correctly unless you enter the name EXACTLY as it is entered in salesmate. For example, if the name is “The City of Aledo” and you search for just “Aledo” then it gets no results. If you type in “The city of aledo” then it will find it. This makes it really hard to search in salesmate. I don’t think it use to be this way…Is there a solution?
It is becoming apparent to me that salesmate loses functionality when it gets over a certain number of records. We are at about 15,000 and it is becoming unmanageable. Have you heard this before?
