The Send Internal Email action in Smart Flows just got more flexible. You can now send internal notifications not only to users or teams within Salesmate, but also to additional recipients who aren’t part of Salesmate.
This makes it easier to loop in external stakeholders, partners, or shared inboxes while keeping the email tied to the right record and workflow. You still get full control over the subject, message content, templates, and record association, so the context stays clear and consistent.
The result is smoother communication, fewer manual follow-ups, and better coordination across teams and external contacts—all triggered automatically from your Smart Flows.
