I just setup the Quote feature and I’m noticing they are being sent to the SPAM folder. It would be great to send these via SMS. Here are a few options:
Option 1: Make sending via SMS available as an option when sending via email.
Option 2: Surface the URL for the client as a Quote Field that can be used in a SMS template or copied into a SMS Message.
I used to use this with PandaDocs and it increased my open rate on proposals by 75%.

At the moment, sending quotes directly via SMS or pulling the quote URL into an SMS template isn’t supported. I definitely understand the value this would bring, especially with the higher engagement you’ve seen using similar workflows in the past.
