We’re pleased to announce a new feature: you can now send transactional emails directly through Salesmate.
What are transactional emails?
These are system-triggered messages based on a customer’s action, such as:
- Order confirmations
- Password resets
- Shipping notifications
- Invoices and receipts
Unlike marketing emails, transactional emails are relationship-based and do not require an unsubscribe link or subscription preference. They are meant to deliver essential information tied to a specific user action.
With this update, you can now:
- Automate critical communications
- Improve deliverability for important updates
- Stay aligned with global email compliance standards
To get started, visit your Journey Emails section in Salesmate.
