It would be useful to sort deals by the most recent communication date, so that we can see who has been in contact with recently vs who is needing attention

Thank you for reaching out. You can view the last communication date by going to the deals list view and adding the “Last Communication Date” column. Once added, you can click on the column header to sort the deals based on the date.
