Adding the auto text reply to an incoming call feature would be very helpful.
This is commonly used on iPhones where if you are unavailable you can use a saved response to text-reply to incoming calls.

While you are reviewing this, similarly having a button during a call that allows you to text the person you are talking to would be very helpful. This is useful for new people who call in so w can text a link to the webform to collect their information.
That’s a really helpful suggestion. Being able to text someone right from an active call — like sending a quick link to a form while you’re talking — would save a lot of steps, especially with new callers. I can see how that would make the whole process smoother.
