It would be very useful if the call transcriptions, and or AI summary could be automatically shown under the Notes section of a call.
Having the “Summarized Chapters” is VERY HELPFUL, however having to click into each call in order to get a synopsis of each call is a bit cumbersome and makes the information–and that feature-- likely to be overlooked.
I agree, the current UI is very poorly designed
I’m using Dialpad and am trying to figure out how to get the AI summaries into the call notes.

We do not support Call Transcription with Dialpad, however you can use Sandy AI to summarize the call while adding Notes.
