Unified Communications Channels (call. text, call transcripts and recordings)

Currently, calls and text messages are displayed separately, with calls always appearing at the top. I believe that merging calls, text messages, and even call transcripts and recordings into one unified module—similar to what other providers like OpenPhone offer—would greatly improve our workflow and overall user experience.

Having all communications and call, sms history in a single, consolidated view would make it much easier to track down interactions and follow up effectively. This change would streamline our process and provide a clearer picture of all customer communications.

We are happy to inform you that we have already released Unified Inbox in Salesmate.

Where you can manage both calls, texts and chats conversation at the same place.

We are also working on Email Channel to be included in Unified Inbox.
